Control supported devices from the Tixa app. Compatible devices can also work with voice assistants such as Alexa.

Set a time for a light to turn on, or bring several actions together with one tap. You choose what happens.

Can I keep my existing switches?

Often, yes. A small smart device can fit behind a suitable switchboard. We check the space, wiring and appliances before recommending it.

How much will it cost?

You can start with one room. The cost depends on what you want to control and the work needed. Website product estimates include GST; installation, wiring, delivery and accessories are quoted separately. We confirm the full cost before you order.

Can my family still use the wall switches?

Physical controls remain available. We explain how the selected switches or touch panels work so everyone at home can use them. Phone and voice features depend on your devices and connection.

What if the internet stops working?

Physical controls remain available. Some devices can also be controlled over your home Wi-Fi without internet. Access from outside the home, voice control and other online features may need internet. We explain this for your selected products.

Will it work with my fan?

Tell us the fan model or send a photo. Standard fan dimmers work with conventional fans; they do not control BLDC fan speed. We’ll check the right option for your fan.
